3. Buying Courses & Lifetime Access

When you purchase an educational course:

• You receive lifetime access to the curriculum modules, updates, and materials.
• You can download authorized study guides, checklists, and reference PDFs.
• You can attempt practice tests, quizzes, and earn course certificates.
• You can seamlessly log in from your mobile, tablet, or desktop computer.

4. What You Can't Do (Code of Conduct)

To maintain a safe and professional community, do not:

• Re-upload, sell, or distribute our course videos and copyrighted PDFs without written permission.
• Share or pool login credentials across multiple individuals.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or attack platform infrastructure.
• Harass, spam, or demean fellow students, mentors, or staff members.
• Falsify identity details or practice financial fraud.
• Deploy automated scrapers, bots, or extraction scripts against our services.

Violating these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of account access without refund.

5. Our Responsibility

We provide our educational platform and simulated sandbox environments in good faith:

• We work diligently to ensure 99.9% uptime, reliable video streaming, and fast test evaluation.
• We deploy continuous performance enhancements and security patches.
• Scheduled maintenance windows will always be communicated in advance.
• All materials are strictly educational. We do not provide personalized financial advisory or trade execution guarantees.

6. Payments & Invoicing

• We accept all major UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking via Razorpay.
• All prices are transparently displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Razorpay operates as a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor; we never store or see your raw card or banking credentials.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may occasionally refine these terms as our academy expands. Any significant modifications will be clearly communicated via email or an on-site announcement. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates your acceptance of the refreshed terms.
